To get this look use a medium weight oil layered with a medium to firm hold mousse. I used the Surface Bassu oil heavily, layered with the Surface Curls firm styling mousse then dry with a diffuser to keep the curls from frizzing. I then set the look with a curling wand and finished it off with a spray shine. I used the Redken 02 Shine Flash.
